How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Once we receive your dental impression back at our lab, it typically takes 10-14 business days to hand-craft your custom mouthguard and ship it to your door.
Can I wear a Damage Control mouthguard with braces?
Yes, we offer specific models designed to accommodate orthodontic brackets. These guards protect your lips and cheeks from the brackets while allowing for teeth movement as your treatment progresses.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used mouthguards. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a fitment issue with a custom guard, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
