At Damage Control Mouthguards, we stand by the quality of our protection; if you are not completely satisfied with your stock or boil-and-bite guard, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused mouthguard and its original case back into the shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your item to our quality control facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and received safely.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm it has not been used or molded, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
